Domestic Shipping Methods

1. Logistics Partners:

•       Home Delivery: Black Cat TA-Q-BIN (Available only in Taiwan and some outlying islands)

•       Convenience Stores: 7-11, FamilyMart (Available only in Taiwan and some outlying islands)

2. Estimated Delivery Days and Shipping Fees:

•       Free shipping for single orders with a purchase amount of over 1000NT; for orders below 1000 NT, the shipping fees are as follows:

•       Home Delivery: 95 NT (Taiwan), 220 NT (some outlying islands)

•       Convenience Stores: 65 NT(Taiwan)

3. Friendly Reminder from Black Cat TA-Q-BIN:

•       If the home delivery driver fails to contact the recipient after two delivery attempts, a redelivery will not be possible. The goods will be returned to the logistics center, and the subsequent delivery fee will need to be paid by the customer.

•       In the event of force majeure, such as typhoons, earthquakes, or other unforeseen circumstances, the situation will be handled accordingly.

•       The following areas are not deliverable: Yilan County - DiaoyutaiIslands (all), Kaohsiung City - Dongsha (all), Nansha (all), Penghu County -Magong (Huojing Island, Tongpan Island), Wang'an (all), Qimei (all), Baisha(Dachangyu, Yuanbeiyu, Niaoyu, Jibei Island), Kinmen County - Lieyu (DadanIsland, Erdan Island), Wuchiou (all), Taitung County - Orchid Island (all).

Domestic Shipping and Delivery

1. After placing an order (excluding the day of purchase), it will be shipped within approximately 1-3 business days, excluding holidays.
2. Delivery hours are Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm. No delivery on Saturdays and Sundays.
3. During festive holidays or in the case of a high volume of orders or unforeseen natural disasters, shipment may be delayed.
4. If [Home Delivery] is selected: Actual delivery will depend on the route arranged by the delivery driver.
5. If [Convenience Store] is selected: Please pay attention to the arrival SMS and pick up the item within seven days after arrival. Failure to pick up without a valid reason may result in the customer absorbing the incurred shipping costs.

Notes for Overseas Ordering

1. The current service areas for overseas orders include Hongkong, South Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, Australia, Canada, Mexico, and the United States.
2. Products are priced in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD). When making overseas payments with a credit card, transaction fees, exchange rates, and refund handling fees are subject to the regulations of the issuing bank. If you have any questions, please contact your credit card issuing bank.
3. Please ensure that the shipping information is filled out correctly: Full English name, shipping address including postal code in English, and contact phone number. If incorrect information leads to delivery failure, the buyer will be responsible for any associated costs.

Overseas Shipping and Delivery

1. After placing an order (excluding the day of purchase), it will be dispatched within approximately 1-3 business days. No shipments are arranged on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. In the event of festive holidays, a high volume of orders, or unforeseen natural disasters, dispatch may be delayed.
2. After dispatch, the products typically arrive within 2 to 6 business days. The delivery time may be extended based on the courier's delivery conditions, city status, and customs inspections.
3. Once the tracking number for the overseas parcel is confirmed, you can log in to our official website, go to " Account → Orders → View," to check order details and the tracking number (SF Express). You can also contact customer service to inquire about the delivery status.
4. Shipping and delivery conditions may vary during festive periods or due to unforeseen circumstances such as COVID-19 outbreaks and national import policies.

Overseas Shipping Costs and Customs Duties

1. Overseas orders are not eligible for free shipping on qualifying amounts.
2. Import duty standards vary by country, and the recipient is responsible for any customs duties or additional fees for remote areas upon receiving the package.
3. Even after signing for the parcel, customs duties may still be applicable. Please follow the instructions of the local authorities; if additional duties are required, they must be paid within the specified notification period. Otherwise, the package may be detained or confiscated.
4. In the event that the recipient fails to pay the customs duties, resulting in the return of the package, the refund will be deducted for round-trip shipping fees and all customs duties.
5. For overseas credit card payments, the buyer is responsible for the " The foreign transaction fee." We appreciate your understanding.
