Domestic Returns and Refunds

Domestic Return Instructions

  1. For domestic purchases, customers are entitled to a Seven-Day Inspection Period starting from the day after the product is delivered, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (including holidays).* The seven-day inspection period is not a trial period.
  2. Please return the product within 7 days from the day after receiving it. Returns requested after the specified period will not be accepted.
  3. Returned items must be in brand-new condition and have complete, unopened packaging (including the product, gifts, packaging, manufacturer's box, and all accompanying documentation). Otherwise, the return cannot be accepted.
  4. Once a product is opened and used, except for defects in the product itself, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted.
  5. Please record the unboxing process within the 7-day inspection period. For returns that are verified to be caused by human factors such as product stains or damage, or for those engaging in malicious or excessive returns, the returns cannot be processed.
  6. This store only offers returns and does not provide exchange services.

Domestic Return Process

  1. If you wish to initiate a return, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product (click "Contact Us" in the upper right corner of the website). Provide your information such as "Name," "Order Number," "Contact Phone Number," "Returned Product Name," "Reason for Return, and Photos," and our customer service will assist you with the return process upon receipt of this information.
  2. Please provide the following "Photos " to customer service: photos of the picking list inside the package, photos of the product, and if the outer box is damaged, include a photo of the outer box.
  3. After confirmation by customer service, please repack the product with the picking list and contact customer service for details on returning the item.
  4. Once the returned product is confirmed, a refund application will be processed. If our company confirms a defective or incorrect shipment we will bear the shipping cost. If the product is without defects or not wrong products, the shipping fee will be charged as follows:

       If the original order did not reach the free shipping threshold, the refund will deduct the shipping cost from the total purchase amount.

       If the original order qualified for free shipping, and a partial return is processed, deducting the returned product, the actual purchase amount falls below the free shipping threshold. When issuing the refund, it will be reduced by the shipping fees. (Example: Free shipping for orders over NT$1000, the original order amount is NT$1500, partial return of NT$600, actual consumption amount becomes NT$900, thus not reaching the free shipping threshold).

Domestic Refund

  1. For customers who paid with credit cards and Apple Pay: After confirming the return, the refund will be directly credited to the original payment credit card account.
  2. For Cash-on-Delivery customers: After confirming the return, the refund will be transferred to the bank account you provided.
  3. For LINE Pay customers: After confirming the return, if you used "LINE POINTS deduction" or “iPASS MONEY " for payment, the points/balance will be directly refunded. If you used a "credit card linked to LINE Pay" for payment, the refund will be credited directly to the original payment credit card account.

Overseas Returns and Refunds

Overseas Returns Instructions

  3. Overseas returns are limited to the complete return of the entire order.
  4. Except for product defects or incorrect shipments, overseas orders must be returned to the designated address in Taiwan at the customer's own expense. International shipping fees and customs duties will be borne by the customer, and the original shipping fee will not be refunded. The refund amount will be deducted for the original shipping fee and related tax expenses.
  5. This store only offers returns and does not provide exchange services.

Overseas Return Process

Unclaimed Overseas Packages

If the following situations arise due to the recipient's personal reasons, leading to the return of the package, the refund will be processed after deducting round-trip shipping fees and related tax expenses:

  1. Recipient refuses to pay customs duties.
  2. Recipient declines the package.
  3. There is no one to receive the package at the delivery location.
  4. Errors or insufficient details in the recipient's name, address, or contact phone, resulting in unsuccessful delivery.
  5. The recipient fails to collect the package at the local logistics transfer center.

Overseas Refund

  1. Refund Amount:

       For returns after receiving, except for product defects or incorrect shipment, the refund will be deducted from the original shipping fee and related tax expenses,

       For unclaimed overseas parcels that are returned, the refund will be deducted for round-trip shipping fees, as well as related tax expenses.

  1. Refunds will be issued by crediting the original credit card used for payment, and fluctuations in exchange rates may lead to variations in the refunded amount.
  2. The refund process, which usually takes 7 business days, commences upon receiving and confirming the returned package. The actual crediting time is contingent on the processing procedures of the issuing bank.

Modification for Overseas Orders

Due to the complex tax and shipping processes for overseas orders, we are unable to provide order modification services. When making the purchase, please carefully review the order details, recipient information in English, and the English address before proceeding to payment. Completing the payment indicates your agreement with this policy.


Other Important Information for Overseas Orders:

  1. Recipients are responsible for complying with import regulations and restrictions. Any violations of related laws will be the recipient's responsibility.
  2. Completing the payment process means that we agree with all the aforementioned overseas policies.
  3. Products may encounter delivery restrictions or customs clearance challenges based on varying country regulations. Please confirm them before making a purchase.
