Membership Program Description

The membership duration for each membership level is one year from the date of upgrade (12 months from the upgrade date). Upon the expiration of the membership duration for each membership level, the corresponding membership class  and Privileges will be extended for another year (12 months) based on the actual consumption amount within the membership duration. Membership upgrade eligibility is determined by the order status being "Paid" rather than "Cancelled," and the accumulated consumption amount reaching the membership upgrade threshold. The upgrade will take effect the day after qualification is met.

If the actual consumption amount does not reach the consumption threshold for any membership class, the membership will become a regular member after the expiration of the original membership duration.

Sign-up Gift

Upon registering as a member on the Elpis official website, you will receive a NT$100 online voucher, valid for 30 days. Please note that this voucher can be used only once per person.

Birthday Gift

Elpis will send birthday online voucher for each membership class to members' accounts on their birthday. Please note that the validity period is 30 days, and it can be used only once per person.

Upgrade Gift

Elpis will send an upgrade gift for each membership class to members' accounts 1-2 days after the membership upgrade. Please note that the validity period is 60 days, and it can be used only once per person.

Member Referral Gift | Activity Guidelines

1. Copy the referral link and share it with friends (who must be new customers not registered with Elpis).
2. Friends who register through the link will receive a NT$50 online voucher.
3. When friends place their first order on the official website and wait for delivery for a few days.
4. After the friend's order status changes to "Completed", the referrer will receive a NT$50 referral reward shopping credit.

Member Credit Reward Rules Explanation

1. Membership points valid period: Points issued from January 1st to December 31st of the current year will expire uniformly on June 30th of the following year.
2. Earn 1 point for every NT$35 spent on a single order, and there is no limit to the accumulation of points.
3. When the delivery status of an order is marked as "Received," corresponding points will be credited one day later.
4. Points cannot be accumulated if the customer is not logged in as a member or has not registered as a member during the purchase.
5. The points redemption limit is 50% of the order amount.

*Both online shopping vouchers and membership points have a redemption limit of 50% of the single order amount.
